- Establishment and Roll out administrations of new work areas and PCs.

- Establishment and OS Support - Repair/Re-Installation or new Installation
- Establishment and Software Support on Office Automation programming, Anti-infection programming, Email Client (Outlook),IE, Chrome and other Business Critical Applications
- Arrange/investigate network availability of work areas/PCs and organization printers
- Establishment, re-establishment, setup of peripherals for example printers, scanners and so on
- Investigating and goal of first level printer issues (for example paper jam, arrangement, setup setting, driver related issue, text style related issue and so forth)
- Min 1 year of Industry Experience in dealing with end client uphold (PC/Laptop/Mobile Devices and so on) * Proven work insight as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or comparable job
- Involved involvement in Windows/Linux/Mac OS conditions
- Working information on office robotization items and PC peripherals, similar to printers and scanners
- Information on organization security practices and hostile to infection programs
- Capacity to perform far off investigating and give clear guidelines
- Incredible critical thinking and performing multiple tasks abilities
